llsa30 same but if you think about it it’s a great space for if anyone tried to rob your house you could get a fake wall to hold up to the door if someone tried to find you they would open the cabinet and just see it as an empty cabinet

ur house build with wood? screws in the wall w/o wall plugs?!

    • Melissa Cornard says:

I like it. It’s easy to modify things. Plus if you live somewhere with natural disasters (west coast earthquakes) the government might not allow certain types of houses because they can kill people. Wood houses are more flexible during earthquakes. Renovations are easy and cheap. You can make a kitchen larger by tearing down a wall or putting up a new wall. I think they also use wood in Japan.

    • Inessa Irdayanty Khairil Anwar says:

Melissa Cornard where I’m from, we’ve moved from wooden houses to bricks because in a tropical country (constant rain and sun), wooden houses are more prone to rotting and get damaged easier, faster. Brick houses last longer.

    • HandyDadTV says:

+E36compact1 Yes I have wood behind the wallboard.

    • Reeps Eighty Eighty says:

wooden studs behind the plaster. ive only known 1 wall plug to be at 60kg max and even the plaster board couldnt hold that much weight. @handydad what would you say is the max weight limit on the steps?? thanks

    • HandyDadTV says:

+Reeps Eighty Eighty Without any reinforcement, probably 100 pounds. But I haven’t tested it.
